Alpe Maritima Top 5 & 9 & 19

The Alpe Maritima resort in Annenheim is certainly one of the most exclusive and modern hotels on site. Built in 2020 on the hillside of Annenheim, it offers spectacular views over Lake Ossiacher, the Villacher Basin, Landskron Castle and the Karawanken in the distance. Within walking distance (3 minutes) is the valley station of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn, which takes guests to the Kanzelhöhe of the Gerlitzen Mountains in a very short time in both summer and winter. The building also includes a lake property, which is available to guests free of charge. There is a bathhouse with changing rooms, toilets and shower. There are also lockable storage cupboards on site so that you can keep your beach things dry and safely stored there for the duration of your holiday. In winter there is a ski room with a boot dryer and in summer there is a room for storing bikes. Check-In as of 4pm  Check-Out until 10am Curfew from 10pm until 6 am
