A house, for you alone... our cozy cottage , with a beautiful panorama, at the beginning of Kleinarl offers 4-6 people and is ideal for families. The house is located next to the trail and right on the bike path. We are 1km away from the Kleinarl mountain railways, which you can easily reach with the free ski bus. The house has a floor space of approximately 100sqm, which are devided into two floors. Ground floor: ski room with a boot dryer, wardrobe, small but a very fine kitchen, large comfortable living room, with seats ever and direct access to the terrace! 1st floor: 2 spacious double rooms with balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking is in front of the house. 400 sqm meadow are available for romping and relaxing for young and old!!  Our house is located at the beginning of Kleinarl and offers a wonderful panorama. In quiet location, you can really enjoy and switch off! Towels, bath towels (toiletries) are at your disposal!
