We are sure you will like our new aparment at Nassfeld Sonnenalpe very much! You will stay in the mountains at the Italian border. The house is directly at the slope (ski in / ski out) in Carinthias largest skiing area.
You have a very convinient environment. You can park your car in the garage and go to the apartment by elevator. At the same level of the apartment you will find the ski depot (heated) and you can leave the house for skiing.
You live at 90m² in 2 levels, wih 4 bathrooms (including shower and WC), so everybody has his own space. The apartment is best used by up to 8 people (e.g. 2 families with kids). 
There is a great view from the living room, the terrace (20m²), the sleeping rooms and the balkony (10m²).
You will like the modern furniture and the functional outfit of this apartment.In the first floor is the living space and in the 2. floor there are the sleeping rooms (connected by indoor stairs).
Our living room with integrated kitchen offers space for 8 persons. In this floor is also a bathroom with shower and WC and cloakroom available.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and ausreichend Geschirr.
Each of our 2 bedrooms with doublebed have its own bad with shower and toilet. In the 3. sleeping room there are 2bunk beds, which can be used by children as well as by adults. There should be enough space to play :-). Like the other rooms this room has also his own bath room with shower and toilet. Our prices includes ALL costs!

Payment terms: 30% of deposit with reservation, balance 1 month before journey

Conditions of cancelation:
- up to 3 months before journey no cancelation fees
- 3 months to 1 month before journey 30% of the rent price
- 1 month till 1 week before journey 70% of the rent price
- last week before journey 90% of the rent price
