Overnight stay for up to 5 guests in our 65 m² large apartments (additional 16m² large south-loggia) Cookware and tableware, bed and table linen, hand- and showers, FREE W-Lan, as well as the following house facilities: well-maintained natural bathing beach with child-friendly entrance , Large lawns, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue, table tennis, ... and the use of children's and baby's facilities: baby chairs, baby cots, laundry, baby phone, baby bath tub.
Fishing in the house soul possible! Not includes in the price:
Local taxe per guest and night (€ 1,75 to € 2,35 from 18 years) electricity, proportional cleaning € 59,-, Washing machine. Use of more than 4 persons and taking of pets (from € 4,- to € 6,- per night) only against arrangement. Booking information:
Arrival = Saturday, from 3 pm
Abreisetag = Saturday, till 10 am
or against prior arrangement !!!!
Fixed bookings are only guaranteed when you receive your deposit!
Cancellations are only accepted in writing (mail-fax-post), up to 14 days after confirmation of booking without costs, up to 30 days before arrival = deposit; Up to 14 days before arrival = 70% of the total price up to 3 days before arrival or no show = 90% of the total price late arrival or early departure no reduction.
