HIESERHOF - Superior Alpine Apartments
Where our guests relax today in luxurious surroundings, many generations of the "Hieser" farming family had to live in exactly this place in the past without running water, without heating, without a refrigerator and other amenities that we now take for granted. According to official records, the Hieserhof has been family-owned since at least 1688 and the family has played a key role in shaping the village Heiligenblut and its development.
Heiligenblut was originally a purely agricultural village. Based on the construction of the Großglockner Hochalpenstraße in 1935 tourism in the town began to develop slowly. Hermann Tribuser I, a farmer, innkeeper, mountain guide and skiing instructor, decided to tear down the old farmhouse and to build the most modern bed and breakfast guest house in Heiligenblut at that time (with shower and toilet directly in the room). From 1971 to 2010, the Hermann and Anneliese Tribuser family were allowed to welcome, entertain and amaze thousands of guests from all over the world.
After an era came to an end in 2010, the next generation took over the wheel with the son, Hermann Tribuser II, and rebuilt the house from scratch in accordance to the new tourist requirements. A new chapter in family history has been written since August 2020 and the motto is once again in the foreground: "Visit us as a guest and leave us as a friend". HIESERHOF - Superior Alpine Apartments was a former breakfast pension and after rebuilding the house we welcome our guests now in five brand new fully equiped superior apartments in alpine style decorated with love for an amazing and relaxing time in Heiligenblut. The Accommodation is with four minutes to walk very close to the center of the village and the view on Heiligenblut and the Großglockner is amazing.
