The House Podkoren is an apartment house of a recent construction, which is located in the village of Podkoren, only 7 minutes walk away from the ski slopes, where for many years Ski World Cup is being held. The ski slopes in Podkoren are connected with the Kranjska Gora ski slopes, which are more suitable for less advanced skiers. In the vicinity of the house you will also find a system of crosscountry ski tracks that start at Planica, renowned for the ski jumps, lead through the Tamar valley and end at the border with Italy.

The House Podkoren is an ideal starting point for winter tours as well as winter walks on the hiking trails.

The apartment house Podkoren offers comfortable and modern apartments with one or two bedrooms. Some apartments have beautiful views of the ski slopes.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a completely renovated house and consists of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with tiled stove, a table for larger groups, two couches with 4 beds and a plasma TV. The apartment has a separate kitchen with a dining table, an oven, a gas and electric stove, a washing machine and a fridge. The kitchen window has a great view of the mountains and ski slopes. A spacious bathroom (shower, WC, towel-dryer, infra-heater) also has a washing machine.
The apartment has a separate entrance from the fenced platform, which turns into a private parking lot. To the apartment house belong also a small garden 50m2 with barbecue for guests, table and chairs, ski storage and a storage for mountainbikes in the basement.
