Holiday apartment Luka is located in a peaceful northern part of Poreč called Veli Maj. It is situated on the first floor of this residental building and it can accommodate four persons. This lovely apartment consists of two double bed bedrooms, a main living area and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the main living area, you can find a big fully equipped contemporary kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils. On the other side of a room, there's a cosy living area with a couch and a TV, and a dining area. From the living area, you can enter your private balcony where you can find seating garniture - ideal for enjoying in a warm summer evenings with your family ad friends. Outside, there's a spacious garden with mediterranean plants. The most famous Poreč beach Materada is only 800m away. Private parking is at your disposal. Pets are allowed for a fee.
