After many years of experience in the hotel business we have fulfilled our dream in summer 2018 and have ourselves become hosts of three beautiful holiday apartments in Carinthia on Lake Presseger See. As you can see on the Google Earth picture below, our house was built in the immediate vicinity of Lake Pressegger See. You can reach the lido or the 1st Carinthian adventure park in 5 minutes on foot. In winter the ski bus stops at the lido and takes you in about 15 minutes to Nassfeld, Carinthia's largest ski area with 110 km of slopes.
Those who like hiking or biking can start directly at the house. But we also have a few insider tips, to which you have to go by car.
Italy or Slovenia can be reached in about 30 minutes. You always wanted to see Venice? No problem. In Venice you are in only 2.5 hours. Ideal for a day trip.
Who doesn't know the castle and the beautiful Wörthersee. Velden am Wörtersee can be reached in approx. 45 minutes. Through our many years of experience as ski instructors, hiking guides and bike guides, we know the region within a radius of 60-80 km quite well.
