We warmly welcome you to our apartment at the Raffl guesthouse in Neustift in the picturesque Stubaital. Look forward to spending your holidays in pleasant atmosphere amidst untouched nature.
Our apartment is excellently located for all kinds of excursions. Only a 3- minute walk away from our Raffl guesthouse the free ski bus takes you to the skiing areas of Stubai Glacier, Elferlifte and the Schlick 2000. The new StuBay pool world, with its modern sauna area, is located in Fulpmes.
The well-furnished apartment for 2-6 people is located on the first floor of our Raffl guesthouse. The 90 m² apartment is fully furnished and comes with two double bedrooms, a large kitchen with sitting area and a living room incl. 2 SAT-TVs, bathroom with shower and tub as well as with a separate toilet.
The cosy living area invites you to spend sociable evenings and to review the experiences of the day together. After an active day outdoors you can enjoy warm summer evenings on the south-facing balcony with a view of the Stubai Mountains. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. Bed linen and towels, as well as a laundry service are on offer as required.
The Stubai Card is available at our house as well.
After a 3-minute walk you will also reach a supermarket. The Stubai Super Card comes with many included services, such as free use of the 4 cable cars in the Stubaital, Stubaital public transport, all the way to Innsbruck as well as admission to the new StuBay leisure and adventure world.
Do not miss out on a run at the 7 km Elferlifte sled run in Neustift in winter where young and old get together and enjoy a great time in traditional huts. A true paradise for skiing enthusiasts is, of course, the Stubai Glacier that offers best snow conditions from autumn to late spring. The Schlick 2000 ski area is particularly popular among families. Access to the cross-country skiing trail network is possible just a 5-minute walk away from our Raffl guesthouse.
A landscaped lake with large playground, beach volleyball court and football pitch is only 400 metres away.
From Fulpmes you only need one hour to get to Innsbruck with the traditional Stubaitalbahn. The ride is an exciting experience for the whole family where everyone can enjoy the view of the mountains and lush green meadows.
