The apartments have a breathtaking view of the glacier Kitzsteinhorn , embedded in the Hohe Tauern National Park. You can enjoy the view cuddled up in the living room in winter or at dinner outside in summer.

The absolute highlight: the private sauna, in which you can end the day in a relaxed manner. There are 3 parking spaces per apartment in front of the house and of course the apartment is equipped with free WiFi.

The kitchen offers: hob with 4 burners, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and various cookware and dishes. The quiet location in the country and the already mentioned view invites you to warm evenings in the garden of the property. We have also set up a small playground for the youngsters there.

The area: From the next bus stop (Achenstrasse, 150m) you can get to the Maiskogel / Kitzsteinhorn valley station free of charge in just 2 stops or further to Zell am See on the Schmittenhöhe or Lake Zell. In the center of Kaprun (300m) numerous restaurants are waiting to spoil you with local cuisine. But if you prefer to cook at home, you will find the largest selection in the nearby supermarkets (Kaufhaus Neumair, 300m) or (Billa, 400m). 36 holes await all golfers at the Golf Club Zell am See (6 km). The airport "" Salzburg Airport "" can be reached by car or train in about 1.5 hours (80km).
