There is a large parking lot at the house. The house has 2 balconies and is nicely decorated. The house is equipped with parquet and carpeted floors. Satellite TV are in the kitchen and lounge. Internet access (WLAN, included). Heater. Winter information: Spieljochbahn 9 km. Ski bus stop approx. 100 m. Ski room with ski boot heater. Indoor Ground floor: Here is a cozy lounge with dining tables for up to 24 people, satellite TV. There is also a new kitchen on the ground floor (4 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, 2 fridges, 2 coffee machines, kettle and microwave) with dining area for 14-15 diningplaces. 1st floor - apartment: anteroom. 4 double rooms, each with shower / toilet and balcony exit. Single room, shower / toilet, balcony exit. Triple room, shower / toilet. Catering (breakfast, etc.) Our guests are welcome to cater for themselves in the spacious kitchen.

On our part, no meals (no breakfast) are offered. Best regards Deposit: From the guests who move into our holiday apartment, a deposit of € 100.00 must be made on arrival. This will of course be given back on departure.
