House Description:
The accommodation was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free Wi-Fi and free parking, as well as a charging station for electric cars. All rooms are allergy friendly and have Bluetooth ceiling lights, room safe, fan, flat screen TV with cable channels, kettle, hairdryer, bidet hygienic shower as well as illuminated vanity mirrors. For a reservation and an extra charge of € 12 per person, the in-house private wellness area with sauna, soft steam bath as well as relax zone and shower can be used. Each room has a lockable ski locker and heated ski boot dryer in the ski room. Furthermore there is a washing machine and a dryer in the ski room, which can be used for a fee. If necessary, an iron/ironing board can be rented at the reception. In the lobby there is a coffee and juice machine, a snack machine, a fruit basket and a microwave. Outside, there's a small garden, a cozy patio, a ping-pong table, and lockable bike boxes with e-charging capabilities. Dogs:

Pension Patricia is situated in a quiet location, only 400 m from the center, at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn, not far from the idyllic town of Zell am See and the shores of Lake Zell, close to the Hohe Tauern National Park and Austria's most beautiful ski regions. Extras:
From mid-May to mid-October, the Zell am See-Kaprun card is included. With this card you can enjoy numerous free benefits and discounts, as well as free use of public transport in the region. Furthermore, ski passes and reduced admission tickets for the Tauern Spa Kaprun can be purchased at the reception. We have a no smoking policy in the house. A deposit of € 200 in cash is required on arrival.
