Welcome to the "Gratzerhof". Real holiday you find on our biologically conducted, situated at about 1220m above see level farm in Zederhaus, involved in the cycle fo the seasons and of life. No matter which season you choose wether you want to spend sporting, cultural or tranquil holiday, with us everything is possible. Our farm is the starting point for many beautiful hikes and walks in the mountains of the nature park village Zederhaus. Around the farm is a country-ski run, an ice rick and a tobaggun run. The free skibus to the skiarea Lungau is about 200 m away from the house. In the price included is: costs for heating, energie, rubbish, bed linen, tax and final cleaning.
