Cosy holiday home in Fulpmes for family or group holidays for up to 6 people (+4 sofa bed) . Ideal for your stylish summer or winter holiday. Our modern and quietly located cottage in the Stubaital is in direct proximity (200 metres walk) to the valley station of the Schlick 2000 ski resort in Fulpmes. The Stubai Glacier is easy to reach by shuttle bus or car. For day trips, you can take the Stubaitalbahn to Innsbruck every hour. In general, we have furnished our little house in a modern way and with a lot of love. We spend as much time as possible there ourselves. However, since this is not as often as we would like, we also want to give others the opportunity to spend their holidays there. The holiday home with a total living area of 120m² consists of three bedrooms, a large open living room with central kitchen, bright dining area and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining table is extendable for up to 10 people. Further sleeping possibilities are also offered by the two fold-out sofas. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The two toilets in the house are separate. Furthermore, the house has a terrace, a garage and parking spaces for up to three cars. The central wood-burning stove is the ideal way to warm up properly after skiing. TV screen and Bluray player are also available. The house is an energetically well thought-out new building (completed in 2012), in which solar energy is deliberately used for heating support and hot water production. In addition to the house's own photovoltaic system, electricity is drawn exclusively from renewable energy sources. Information about the surroundings The Stubaital offers a wide range of leisure activities. Snow-assured ski areas, an enchanting mountain landscape and a central location between Innsbruck and South Tyrol offer you many opportunities to relax or engage in sporting activities. Our suggestions for summer activities Hike directly from the front door to the Schlicker Alm or further up to the high Burgstall. Mountain bike tour via Froneben to the Starkenburgerhütte. Excursion with the Stubaitalbahn to the Alpenzoo in Innsbruck. Our suggestions for winter activities Skiing and snowboarding on the Stubai Glacier or in the Schlick 2000.
