Our Landhaus Kostenzer is a luxurious, Tyrolean-style country house, ideally located on the road leading to Hochfügen.
Thanks to the perfect location you can start your hiking and biking tours right from the doorstep. You can reach the Spieljochbahn 400m away (21,10 kilometers of slopes) and the bus stop to the Hochfügen - Hochzillertal ski area (90,7 kilometers of slopes) is in the immediate vicinity. Ski boot dryer and ski storage room are available. Your special plus: As our house guests you receive a price reduction in our Kostenzer ski rental and the Kostenzer ski school in Fügen and Hochfügen. Our tip for you is the Therme Fügen. The offer of the Erlebnistherme Zillertal delights fans of wellness culture as well as families with children and young people. On two floors, the Landhaus Kostenzer sleeps up to 6 people. With its jacuzzi for 2 people,
the bathroom on the upper floor is a true oasis. The private sauna can be used as either a Finnish sauna or a steam bath. (open from 03.00 p.m. till 09.00 p.m.) In summer, the garden with barbecue (charcoal available) invites you to linger. Bed linen, hand- and dish towels are available in the Landhaus Kostenzer. The open fireplace creates a romantic atmosphere in winter and on cool summer evenings. We are looking forward to welcoming you at the Landhaus Kostenzer!

final cleaning: € 165,- In addition, we charge the local tax in the amount of EUR 1.50 until 30.11.2024, as well as EUR 2.60 from 01.12.2024 per person and night (from 15 years!)

We don´t accept any maestro or credit cards. Dogs allowed in summer. € 20,- per day/dog - please register in advance.

No spices/vinegar/oil are available. Bed linen, towels & dish towels are available.
