Our apartment house is located directly at the entrance to the Hochkönig ski area (150m walk "Natrunlift" - no ski bus/car necessary).
In summer it scores with its central location - in 1-2 minutes walk you can reach the center of Maria Alm with supermarket, bakery, bus station, restaurants, bars, cafes, post office, banks, hairdresser....
