Our house is situated in the middle of the village center of Ellmau in a sunny quiet location with beautiful panoramic view to the Wilder Kaiser-mountains. We are the ideal starting point for you holiday. Just next door you can find a little parc with playground and relax-chairs, the bus stop and many shops and restaurants. The Hartkaiser-station for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer and the Kaiserbad for swimming, tennis and climbing is about 10 minutes per foot. In the winter there is a free ski bus every 15 minutes to the entry of Austrias biggest ski area. You can find the ski bus stop just next door. We are looking forward to welcome you in our house!
